I first called Charleston home while attending the College of Charleston.  My husband, Chris, and I met and married in Charleston and made Mount Pleasant our hometown in 1989.  Not long after, hurricane Hugo hit and we learned the value of good neighbors and community involvement.

We have two daughters that are both exhausting and delightful.  As a stay-at-home mom, I felt a need to do more.  I became the PTA President at their school, Charles Pinckney Elementary, for the 2003-2005 school years.  Increasing our budget by almost 300% (and raising the funds to do so), taught me that I could accomplish just about anything with the right team on my side. 

That is why I chose Beachside Real Estate as my "work" home.  I am fortunate to get to spend my days in a family environment.  Whether my clients need help buying or selling, I am aware that their home will probably be their single biggest investment.  Beachside has given me the skills and the resources to solve any problem that may come up along the way. 

The only constant in our lives has been change - we've lived in a variety of homes all over South Carolina. We've done extensive remodeling and renovations and have built a custom home.  These challenges have given me the experience to help navigate my clients through the buying and selling process.   Leisure time and business have always seemed to merge, but my preferences for escape time are reading and traveling- with a little shopping thrown in along the way.
